(More customer reviews)I ordered TWO of these twin sets with enough time to get them in by Christmas. According to the time line Amazon gave, there would be no problem. At the end of that time, I called customer service at UnbeatableSale, Inc. They informed me that their site said they had up to 10 days to ship the product. We were on the 9th day and they would ship on the 10th day from order. I expressed concerns over the timing with Christmas. They just continued stating that they were within their time range. Well, it did come in RIGHT before Christmas, but only ONE. They did not know what went wrong, but then they had to ship the second set. There would have been time for them to OverNight the shipment, but no one seemed to know how they would ship it. It came well after Christmas. There was hardly a, "sorry for the inconvenience." Definitely no, "we messed up." Had there been some reasonable owning of responsibility, my review would be higher. I will not use them again.
