(More customer reviews)Although it turned out to be a lovely color, the sheets were far below standard. There is no possible way these sheets could be 1000 TC--you can see right through the fabric! They are soft, but they are also HOT to sleep in, which makes me wonder if they aren't a polyester mix with some Egyptian cotton spun into the thread. They don't even come close to my other 1000 TC sheets I've bought in the past. I really feel like I got seriously scammed on this one. I washed them, so I own them, but they are not at all a luxurious experience like all the other 1000 TC sheets I've bought in the past. They are going to be the back up sheets to my worn out others (which are still the best feel and durability ever). I guess you get what you pay for. I thought I could trust the write-up. Thanks for nothing Amazon.
