(More customer reviews)I bought this comforter for my daughter for Christmas.The comforter is fine. My experience with the company has been a nightmare, however. The comforter came as ordered, then two weeks later I received ANOTHER comforter. I checked with the company online and it had no record of my order being shipped at all. I checked my credit card statement and there was no charge. So I emailed the company explaining what had happened and the only response I got was about 3 spam emails per day advertising their company products. Finally after the new year I received a call from a woman who said she was with Merimac (a shipping company I assume?) and she said she had record of two comforters being delivered to me and wondered if that were true--obviously SHE never received my email. I told her I was happy to return the 2nd comforter and she told me she would send UPS to get it. Now today she has left a message saying I need to initiate pick up with UPS, which I assume means I am sopposed to pay shipping. I still have no return label and the only address I have is one the lady gave me on the phone in a hurry as she was trying to hang up. She only gave me the address after I asked her for it. I'm not sure how she expected me to know where to send it. I called the number for Merimac several times today and all I get are recorded messages! This has been a huge headache and I will NEVER purchase from this company again. Which is sad since my daughter LOVES horses and anything to do with horses!
