(More customer reviews)I ordered the twin duvets and was very disappointed, they weren't soft, more like burlap. I washed them before using on the beds (of course isn't that what one is suppose to do?)to try and soften it. Big mistake the seams were coming apart, threads everywhere. Of course I have retured the duvets. The return was easy, kept the box. I have an amazon credit card so I am hoping I get credited w/o problems. I do alot of internet shopping and am not used to returning things. DO not buy this duvet unless you want a mess of thread to put on your bed. The only reason I gave one star was b/c so far the return went smoothly.
