(More customer reviews)Unpacked, put it on, noticed some imperfections and dirt in spots. One area had a red quality control sticker in place to note the defect. Threw this mattress pad in the wash and it got the dirty bit out, but not the weaving imperfection.
On the bed it does its job at protecting the mattress, so no complaints there.
Not really worth the 39.99 with shipping.
